First Tee – Greater San Antonio is proud to announce that participants Sebastian Garcia and Brody Albertson have been selected to attend the 2026 First Tee Leadership Summit, a national leadership development opportunity hosted in partnership with PGA TOUR Superstore.
The Leadership Summit brings together First Tee teens from across the country for an immersive experience focused on personal growth, leadership development, and building meaningful connections. Held at West Creek Ranch in Emigrant, Montana, the summit provides participants with opportunities to further explore leadership concepts such as building authentic relationships, growing through challenge, and developing a positive self-identity.
As part of the experience, Sebastian and Brody will participate in reflective workshops led by First Tee, PGA TOUR Superstore, and West Creek Ranch leaders. The week also includes a variety of outdoor activities designed to challenge and inspire participants, including horseback riding, archery, whitewater rafting, hiking, challenge course experiences, sunrise yoga, and stargazing.
Selection for the Leadership Summit is a significant achievement. Eligible applicants were required to have completed the First Tee Leadership Series, be active First Tee participants for at least one year, meet all chapter and national application requirements, and demonstrate a commitment to leadership both on and off the golf course.
Through opportunities like the Leadership Summit, First Tee empowers teens to build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and prepare for success in school, careers, and life.
