The First Tee Drive Your Future Academy presented by John Deere is a five-day female empowerment experience recognizing young women who are motivated to create positive impact within their chapters, schools, and communities.
This transformational academy focuses on building a strong professional network, understanding how to approach mentorship opportunities, navigating post-graduation and career planning, and recognizing the value and impact of volunteerism. Designed to empower and inspire, the experience prepares participants to lead with confidence while building a positive self-identity and collaborating effectively with others.

Eligibility Requirements
Participants must:
- Be female (girls only event)
- Be 14–18 years old (must have reached their 14th birthday by the first day of the event and not have reached their 19th birthday by the event’s conclusion)
- Be an eighth grader, high school freshman, sophomore, or junior as of the spring semester 2026
- Be an active First Tee participant for at least two years
- Demonstrate acceptable golf ability
