First Tee Game Changers Academy

The First Tee Game Changers Academy Honoring Joe Louis Barrow Jr. is a transformative five-day learning and empowerment experience designed to inspire teens to become leaders and advocates for positive change. Selected participants from across the country engage in meaningful conversations focused on self-awareness, inclusive leadership, and community building — skills they will carry with them throughout their lives.

Throughout the academy, teens take part in dynamic, interactive workshops led by First Tee partners and nationally trained First Tee coaches, complemented by guided reflection activities that deepen learning and personal growth. Designed to enlighten, inspire, and empower, the experience prepares teens to become true Game Changers in their communities — now and in the future.
