First Tee Innovators Forum

The First Tee Innovators Forum is a distinctive leadership experience designed to equip and empower teens to develop a meaningful service project within their community. Focused on education, health, human rights, or environmental sustainability, this forum brings together passionate participants from across the network who share a desire to learn, collaborate, and generate positive change.

Through interactive workshops, small group breakout sessions, and mentorship from industry leaders, participants gain the tools and confidence needed to pursue their goals while working collaboratively with others.

Participants must:

  • Be 14–18 years old (must have reached their 14th birthday by the first day of the event and not have reached their 19th birthday by the event’s conclusion)
  • Be an eighth grader, high school freshman, sophomore, or junior as of the spring semester 2026
  • Be an active First Tee participant for at least two years

  • Service project development through reflective workshops and guided planning

  • Networking opportunities with First Tee alumni
  • Amelia Island outing and fun team-building activities
  • Six months to implement your service project following the forum
  • Two virtual check-ins to support project progress and provide mentorship
  • Final project reports due in May
