The First Tee Leadership Series in partnership with PGA TOUR Superstore – San Antonio is an engaging and empowering five-week experience designed to help teens grow as leaders on and off the course. Participants build relationships with local PGA TOUR Superstore leadership, uncover their personal leadership strengths and values, explore potential career paths, and develop goals to pursue their desired future.
This series represents the first step in a unique leadership pathway created specifically for First Tee teens in PGA TOUR Superstore markets.
Event Details
Location: PGA TOUR Superstore – San Antonio
Program Dates: March 2 – April 6
Virtual Town Hall: April 7 at 7:00 PM ET
Participants: Up to 12 per store
Eligibility Requirements
Participants must:
Be from a First Tee chapter located in a PGA TOUR Superstore market
Be 14–18 years old
Be a high school freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior as of March 2, 2026
Be an active First Tee participant for at least one year
Participate a maximum of two years
