The Texas Cup brings together top golfers from First Tee chapters across Texas for a two-day team competition. Chapters compete for the title of Best First Tee Chapter in Texas, with each team working together to post the lowest combined score and claim the crown.
Each chapter fields a team of five players competing in a 36-hole stroke play format over two days. Each day, the four lowest scores count toward the team total — the highest score is dropped. The team with the lowest combined two-day score wins. The Texas Cup is hosted by a different First Tee Texas chapter each year.

Eligibility Requirements
Participants must:
- Be 14 years of age or older
- Be an active First Tee – Greater San Antonio participant
- Be selected by First Tee – Greater San Antonio coaches based on performance throughout the year
