We are excited to announce the Youth Education Support (Y.E.S.) Scholarship—an incredible opportunity exclusively for our First Tee – Greater San Antonio participants! This scholarship is designed to recognize and support high school seniors who have demonstrated dedication, leadership, and commitment both on and off the golf course.
The Y.E.S. Scholarship aims to help students continue their educational journey by easing some of the financial challenges that come with pursuing higher education. Whether you’re planning to attend a university, community college, or trade school, this scholarship is here to support your next chapter.

We encourage all eligible seniors to take advantage of this opportunity and showcase the impact First Tee has had on their personal growth, character development, and future goals.

Y.E.S. Scholarship Criteria
- Must have been enrolled as a First-Tee Greater San Antonio programming participant for at least two (2) years prior to application (to be validated by staff of First Tee).
- Must have volunteered at First Tee – Greater San Antonio (to be validated by staff of First Tee).
- Must be a graduating high school senior at the time of application.
- Must be pursuing postsecondary education at a two- or four-year college/university, vocational or technical school.
- Must maintain a minimum of 2.5 cumulative GPA while in high school.
- Current First Tee – Greater San Antonio employees, children of current employees, and children of current board members are not eligible to apply for or receive a scholarship. Children of former employees or former board members may be eligible if they meet all other criteria.
