The First Tee Leadership Summit, in partnership with PGA TOUR Superstore, builds on the five-week local Leadership Series and is designed for teens to further explore leadership concepts such as building authentic relationships, growing through challenge, and developing a positive self-identity.
Set in the unforgettable backdrop of West Creek Ranch in Emigrant, Montana, this immersive experience challenges teens to build on their strengths and values in an intimate setting that fosters community, inspiration, and meaningful connection with peers, adult mentors, and the outdoors.

Eligibility Requirements
Participants must:
- Have attended the First Tee San Antonio Leadership Series
- Be 14–18 years old (must have reached their 14th birthday by the first day of the event and not have reached their 19th birthday by the event’s conclusion)
- Be a high school freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior as of the spring semester 2026
- Be an active First Tee participant for at least one year
- Meet all chapter and national application requirements
This Experience Includes…
- Hosted at West Creek Ranch in the scenic mountains of Montana
- Reflective workshop sessions facilitated by leaders from PGA TOUR Superstore, West Creek Ranch, and First Tee
- Dynamic outdoor activities including horseback riding, archery, challenge course experiences, and whitewater rafting
- Guided hikes, sunrise yoga, and stargazing experiences
- Designed to help teens grow through challenge, pursue goals, and build a positive self-identity
