This helps foster positive relationships between coaches and young people, inspiring the golfers of tomorrow to look to the future, set goals, and unlock their potential!
All training is covered by First Tee – Greater San Antonio and certified coaches qualify for compensation.
Coach Role:
- Deliver First Tee Program to kids & teens
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with setup/breakdown of activities
- Mentoring next generation of game changers

Requirements:
- Complete a background check
- Complete SafeSport training
- Volunteer for one 7-week programming session
- Complete a 4-hour, in-person First Tee coach certification
