Become a Coach

A First Tee coach leads a class of participants, using the game of golf to teach life skills and build character. Coaches create a safe, welcoming environment where every participant can grow both on and off the golf course. Developed with input from leading experts in positive youth development, First Tee’s certified coach program focuses on empowering participants through decision-making and exploring options while fostering positive relationships between coaches and young people.

All training is covered by First Tee – Greater San Antonio and certified coaches qualify for compensation.
